FAQs
Is there a fee to work with your agency, and how is the agency compensated?
No. There is no cost to work with our licensed insurance advisors. If you choose to enroll in a plan through our agency, we may receive compensation from the insurance carrier. This compensation does not affect your premium or benefits. *Speaking with an advisor does not obligate you to enroll in any plan.
What are the benefits of working with one of your licensed advisors?
Our licensed advisors provide ongoing support at no cost. We help explain your coverage, advocate on your behalf with insurance carriers, assist with claims or billing issues, request replacement ID cards, and support you throughout the year, not just during enrollment.
When can I enroll in Medicare, ACA, or standalone dental, vision, and hearing plans?

Annual Enrollment Period (AEP): October 15 – December 7 each year
